一、一般会听到哪类数字?
第一类：名字、短号码
这类数字题的答案单纯地由数字、字母组成，通常是人名、地名、机构组织名、电话号码、门牌号、邮编等等各类信息。
第二类：时间、时刻
这一类主要包括出生日期、约定的星期、时间、时刻等等。
第三类：长数字
这一类涉及到 billion、million、thousand 等的长数字，也包括一些譬如银行卡号等的11位以上的数字，以及涉及到百分比、小数的价格等等。通常听写中还会有比如double、triple 等协助描述的单词。
二、听力中常出现什么难题?
1.数字0的各种读法
0在雅思听力中有许多读法：zero(这种常规读法频率也比较小，如果讲话人想强调时可能才会这样读)、字母O、ought/naught(该读法频率较低，比如在听写球赛的比分时会出现)。
还有一种就是末尾出现连着的数字“00”时，可以直接用 hundred 来代替。比如2000在听力中既可能读成 two thousand，也可能读成 twenty hundred.
2.日期的各种读法
常见的日期写法有两种，以10月9日为例，October 9th 和 9th October，但第一种的读法是 October the ninth，第二种读法是 ninth of October。
除此之外，年份除了大家常听到的顺读之外，还有一种就是按照英式习惯：日/月/年的写法来读，比如1973年1月27日就写作27.01.1973，听到的读法就是 the twenty-seventh of the first, nineteen seventy-three.
3.时刻的几种读法
时刻的各种表达法尽管大家比较熟悉了，核桃在这里还是为大家详细的盘点一下~
雅思听力中出现的时刻读法第一种就是按数字顺序读，比如9：10读成 nine ten;第二种在半点以前用 past 指代，比如9：20读成 twenty past nine;第三种在半点以后，用 to 来修饰，比如8:50可以读作 ten to nine;第四种就是半点的读法，12:30除了可以读作 twelve thirty，也可以是 half past twelve。
除此之外，时刻题最关键的是还要听清是否有上午和下午的区别，如果原文有提到 a.m. 或者 p.m. ，那通常也是要包含在你最后的答案里~
4.十几和几十的区分
两位数的数词中，-teen(/ti?n/) 和 -ty (/t?/)傻傻分不清一直以来是众多烤鸭党们苦恼的问题，也是雅思听力考试中很常见的考点。
比如在听年份的时候，1919和1990，一旦听错，甚至有可能就是从听力6.5到6的后果了...
5. 吞音和连读的困扰
雅思听力中吞音和连读也经常导致烤鸭们听偏。比如 One hundred 一般会读成 a hundred，a 经常会弱读或者和前面的单词连读，本来就十分紧张的烤鸭在考场上可能完全就没听到前面的数字是多少了。
再比如，听力中也很常见的辅元连读现象。在英式英语中，三位数字的读法会在百位和十位之间加 and，如280读成：two hundred and eighty。
在发音规则中，and是虚词会被弱读成 n ，而之后的单词是以元音开头，所以自然而然会连读在一起变成：two hundred neighty，这和290的发音 two hundred ninety 非常相近。很多烤鸭就会下意识的将答案写成290，还觉得自己是正确的。
对比发现，在这个考点中，考生需要区分的是两个音节/nei/和/nai/, /nei/是80(and与80/'e?t?/连读)，/nai/是90(/'na?nt?/)
三、应该怎么练习?
1. 刷题!刷题!
