1.考四级就要听四级真题，建议先不要做题，而是利用四级真题听力作为听写材料，一句一句的听，一句一句的写，刚开始听不懂是正常的，但不要放弃，这样坚持听了几篇左右后你会发现质的变化的!

短对话：
1、看题时关注谓语宾语表语(动词形容为先)并勾画
2、对立或相似选项保留

4、听第二句、听语气态度转折动作
5、包含用以替换词语的选择成功系数最大
6、救命原则：视听反响，听到的不选
长对话：
关注男女两人语气，把握大方向;
7道题中，试听一致原则可以解答出4道题目左右;
对话的替换法比较简单，一般是词性替换(popular - popularity)和简单词义替换(be fed up with – be tired of)：较短选项的题目利用重复发，即读最多遍的选项为正确答案。
短文听力：
1、 纵向归选项，划出不一样的谓语宾语表语部分
2、 顺序出题，绝大部分题听到什么选什么，少数同义替换解题
3、 疑问语气和因果转折关系词(because, but, etc)后极易出考点
4、 边听边做!不等问题!
复合式听写：
1、 预看题时筛出已给段落高频词，极易在后三个句子中出现
2、 预判前8个空中可能填名词和动词的题，稍后重点关注其单复数或时态
3、 3个句子听到什么写什么，首尾部分最易写出，誊写时尽量修改补全使之成为完整句子
